Right of Revocation
You may revoke your policy declaration within 14 days without giving any reasons, in text form (e.g. letter, email). The period begins after you have received the insurance policy, the contract terms and this information. Punctual dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to comply with the deadline.

Consequences of Revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, insurance cover ends and ERGO Reiseversicherung AG will refund the portion of the premium attributable to the period after receipt of the revocation, provided you agreed that insurance cover begins before the end of the revocation period. ERGO Reiseversicherung AG may retain the portion of the premium for the period up to receipt of the revocation.
